Motocalipsis Bar 66


Motocalipis is a game of bikers. This games tells a storyte about a mortorcycle chapter (not real) and how some memberse have desagreedment with the new chapter boss. The game will be and hybrid that mixes two gameplay modes. The main gameplay will be RTT (Real Time Tactics). However the mechanics will change for several enemies.

When we started this project we don't know that there is a serial called "Sons of Anarchy" and we didn't play the legendary "Full Throttle". We are work on these issues as a part of the documentation process.



¿Why RTT?

There are two main reasons for take this decission. The first of all is quite easy to understand. Because we can. This game will be our portfolio and we think that the final result will be better if we work on it loving it since the start. Also we finish our master degrees on:

  • "Games design and development" 
  • "Games animation and digital art"
The second reason was the original idiea for the game. Motocalipsis tells a history. This history is the life of five bikers that have lost its faith on the world and on the band. From this point of view it has not sense that you can have large units or your own army. This gives you only a few units with more concrete skills. For this reason we based on the spanish game "Commandos".
